Leap Hospitality owner, Pat Phelan, is a business visionary in an otherwise bleak landscape of business innovation that is the hospitality industry. In a homogeneous business where the only innovation seems to be on restaurant’s menu, Pat has devised a business model that is unique in his industry vastly increasing the success rate of new concepts and even saving failing existing concepts.
When we were introduced to Leap Hospitality they could provide so many services (67 in fact) at a high level we knew narrowing their brand scope would be difficult. We broke down Leap’s target market into four main categories of typified customers and broke out their service portfolio accordingly and created a unique experience for each customer segment.
For Leap’s website we gave them a design and wow factor they deserved and bolstered their impressive list of clientele including some of some specific project details.
